CONCEPT
A celebratory art installation that the public can visit, engage with and own a piece of.
OUTCOME
Designed and developed a concept based on a piece of A4 paper and the iconic paper aeroplane. 36,500 aeroplanes, one for each day since the RAF was born, installed into a gigantic ‘Red Arrow’ silhouette structure.
“THIS WORK IS ABOUT THE FIRST PAPER AEROPLANE A CHILD MAKES AND THE EVER-LASTING MEMORY OF THAT FIRST FLIGHT.”
